Hilary McCann – Chartered Physiotherapist

I grew up in Pakenham, a small town near Ottawa where my passion for movement and athletics—especially football—first took shape. In 2017, I attended the University of Guelph, earning my BSc in Human Kinetics. During this time, I gained experience as a strength and conditioning coach for varsity athletes and further deepened my love for running and outdoor activities. My fascination with human movement led me to pursue an MSc in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

Throughout my training, I worked across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community rehabilitation programs, gaining experience in musculoskeletal (MSK), neurological, paediatric, pelvic floor and respiratory physiotherapy. I have a particular interest in MSK related injuries and pelvic floor physiotherapy. I take a collaborative approach to rehabilitation, with a focus on functional training. I strive to work collaboratively with clients to help them move and feel their best, with longevity as the ultimate goal—empowering individuals to keep doing what they love for years to come.

Outside of the clinic, I love staying active through hiking and running, with a mix of gym workouts, pilates, and yoga!
