kick Start This March by Getting the Bodies all Ship Shape

Pilates

So we thought we would kick start this March by getting the bodies all ship shape to spring into the better weather (Whenever it comes!). We are really excited to join the global movement to celebrate Pilates and all its benefits. Joesph Pilates has said “You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.” So Why not give it a go?

What will you make me do?

Very simple, You will receive a FREE daily email with videos of pilates moves to get you going AND putting your name into raffles for lots of prizes!! This has been proving really helpful to people who want to get fitter, healthier BUT want to know they are not doing any damage with specific exercises. Its designed to be easy to fit into your day, fun to do, AND well worth a go! So... how about it?

We will have prizes galore to keep you motivated along with offers and a bumper prize at the end for those that partake in the challenge and send us photos! (bonus points for involving friends, family and pets!!) We will also be keeping you up to date seeing how WE are getting on as WE are all taking on the challenge as well!!

So to find out more and to sign up CLICK THE BUTTON BELOW
