A Class for Everyone

Pilates and exercise classes are a great way to improve your overall fitness level, regardless of your current abilities. Our classes offer a variety of workouts, designed to meet the needs of everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.

strength and conditioning

If you’re new to Pilates or exercise, there are classes that focus on building strength and flexibility, while also helping you learn proper form and technique. These classes are a great way to develop a solid foundation that will prepare you for more challenging workouts down the line.

For those who are more experienced, Pilates and exercise classes can offer a high-intensity challenge that will push you to your limits. These classes often incorporate a variety of equipment, including resistance bands, weights, and stability balls, to help you get the most out of your workout.

We also have special rehab/prehab classes for people that are recovering from injury, accident or surgery.

No matter what your current fitness level is, there’s a Pilates or exercise class that will help you achieve your goals. So why not give it a try and see what kind of results you can achieve?

Our current class timetable can be found here . Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like any advise or a session with the Physiotherapist prior to joining. Contact us today
