Location, Location, Location…

Alba Physiotherapy has been out on the road! We have had a great time out on the road on location. We had the privilege of attending a meeting at a local church group where Claude gave a talk on the benefits of Pilates. Naturally, when the talk ended Claude stayed for some coffee and some fantastic home baking (the strawberry tart was the favourite)!
Next outing was to the beautiful Inverness Golf Club where we had the pleasure of meeting some of the members. We gave a small taster class of Golfers Pilates. We are delighted that everyone enjoyed the taster and signed up to the 4-week Golfers Pilates course we will be holding there next month.
If you would like Alba Physiotherapy to visit your club or workplace then give us a call or email the practice.
